Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
No appointment necessary. You are welcome to visit our Poole showroom and browse during opening hours.
If you wish to discuss your project with one of our designers then we recommend giving us a call on 01202 675992 to make an appointment so that we can ensure that you have one of our team available to talk to.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 4pm.
I have employed an interior designer, do you work with them?
We have worked with a number of interior designers over the years and are always happy to work alongside them to produce the dream bathrom.
Do you work on new build properties?
We have many years' experience of working on new builds; whether it be one-off projects for the homeowner or multiple plots with a developer or builder. We are well versed in working hand-in-hand with other tradesmen so the installation goes as smoothly as possible.
Where can I see your products?
There's simply no substitute for viewing products in person — comparing alternative finishes, judging dimensions, perceiving the quality. That's why we have fitted 50 bathroom displays in our 4,000 square foot showroom.
Visit us within the Nuffield Industrial Estate in Poole (next to the Smyths toy store).
How long does it take from placing order to delivery of my goods?
We are able to deliver bathrooms in as little as a few working days, but this is all dependent on the products selected as some may be on special order requiring to be made and delivered from European factories. So that we can design your space using the most appropriate products, we will always enquire as to when you are wanting the goods.
